Anime Figure Review: Black Rock Shooter Nendoroid

Another anime figure review! I just recently bought a Black Rock Shooter Nendoroid, so all in all, I have 7 nendoroids. Yaay! They were kinda expensive so I am gonna congratulate myself for enduring all the sacrifices I had done just to buy them. Well, stop with all that drama so let’s start.

The package of Black Rock Shooter is a bit difference than the previous nendoroids that I bought before, so it is kinda a limited edition nendoroid.

It also has an instruction on how to use the stand.

It has 4 poses unlike an ordinary nendoroid that only has 3 poses. One of them is Shooter has a fighting pose while holding the Rock Canon. This is the hardest pose to make. I can’t copy the original pose of this one that’s why Shooter is facing upwards while the original pose is that she is facing downwards.

The other one is Shooter holding the Rock Canon. It is also hard to do this pose because of the ‘complicated but easy’ stand but I kinda do it nicely.

The next one is Shooter sitting on the floor. The base or the tied floor where Shooter is sitting is really cool. This facial expression of Shooter is my favorite that’s why I took another pic of it.

This pose is the coolest of all the poses. I forgot to put the sword because I was so mesmerized by the nendoroid.

Well, this nendoroid is really great and it really tests my patience -_-; It is also too cute to resist despite of its price. If you are a nendoroid collector, your collection will not be complete without having Black Rock Shooter with you. So yeah, I really higly recommend this one.

Figure Review: Katekyo Hitman Reborn Miniatures

I just recently bought some Katekyo Hitman Reborn figures and I decided to put a review about it. Well,, it is not original or something, I just bought it from a local anime shop. It consists of Hibari Kyoya, Tsunayoshi Sawada, Lambo, Mukuro Rokudo and Byakuran (he is one of the reason why I bought them…hehe)


The first is Hibari Kyoya. I love how he was made. It was detailed enough so, it passes my expectations. If you notice, it looks like he is the only one who is holding his own original weapon. His eyes were so good and the cloud designs in his outfit were perfect for him. The one that really disturbs me is his smile. He rarely smiles (or never..) for Pete’s sake. But, it is a good thing to see him smile 

The next is Tsunayoshi Sawada. I really like this figure of Tsuna. I will not deny that even though Tsuna was an uke for some KHR pairings, he doesn’t look like a uke…at all. No offense. That’s the reason why I love this figure, he really look like a naïve, sweet uke here. This one is also detailed enough and I love how his eyes shows some fierceness and also how his outfit flips like he was ready to fight. Well, all in all it was good.

The next is Lambo. I really love his character, whether it is an old or a baby Lambo. For this figure, I guessed that he is a ninja. He is really cute here, but the details of the figure don’t reach my expectation. How it was colored was not good enough. Let’s just look on the bright side, Lambo is cute whatever happens…

Next is Mukuro. This one is really a good imitation of Mukuro. The eyes, hair, smile everything. But the problem is the sword he is holding. It was too big for the figure. Well, it was really eye-catching both the sword and Mukuro, so it was a good thing that I bought it.

The last but not the least was Byakuran. I will not be bias but the figure of Byakuran is also good. I love how they made his smiling face that is showing another person behind that. The problem is that I don’t know what’s Byakuran is portraying in his outfit. But the nemesis aura is emitting in the figure ^^.

I only bought it for only $15.75 whole set. It is kinda affordable so I immediately bought it. Quality wise: check. Quantity wise: check. I will admit that I just bought it because of the Byakuran figure but when I checked the other characters, they were kinda good. I recommend this for Katekyo Hitman Reborn fans.

Update!!!

Heya! It’s been a long time since I updated my blog. My hell moments had started and still continuing until now. Augh! I really hate responsibilities! This incoming two months is really busy and the day when I am free is only Saturday. I had a play in March and being a leader, I need to initiate always. I also need to make some Javascript for my site and finish my website; and again, I am the leader so initiative is a must. I also have a debate in March, so I need to research about it and again, I am not the leader but I am the one they are expecting to do the opening or let’s say ‘the gates of hell’. I am so stressed right now and my lovable Samsung phone was snatched by some damned thief. No phone, limited access in internet, full of debts and stress was the beautiful welcome from 2011!! Okay, stop with this crap. Despite all of that, I had bought tons of nendoroid, anime cds and mangas, so they are really a great relieve of stress.

Oh yeah! I almost forgot. I just watched “Hachiko”, an American adaptation of a Japanese story. I know most of you knew it so anyways; I was really touched by the story. I really express my feeling in my reaction paper that my adviser just look at my paper and smiled at me. Yeah, I also joke him about fetching him in the canteen and walk with him. Haha, now they treat me like a dog, just great. Well, this was all not related in anime but I didn’t say that I’ll just put anime related things here right?

Later guys. I don’t know when will I update my blog again but I’ll try after I finish do one fanfic and read my d. gray-man chapter 20. Yeah, fresh from the manga store ^^
